Vaughan Interior Painting Projects
Bathroom Repaint in Vaughan, ON
This bathroom painting project in Vaughan required extra attention because of the deep, dark colour chosen for the walls. Dark colours tend to show uneven lines and small imperfections much more easily, so careful preparation was especially important.
The mirror and light fixtures were already installed, which meant we had to carefully mask around them using non-bleed tape. We also protected the vanity, tub, floors, and surrounding surfaces before starting this interior painting project.
The result was a clean, sharp finish with a deep charcoal tone that completely changed the look of the bathroom.
Wainscoting Painting in Woodbridge, ON
This Woodbridge project included newly installed wall moulding, window casings, and a complete wainscoting finish.
Before painting, we filled nail holes, caulked the moulding and casings, repaired imperfections, and prepared everything for a smooth finish. The darker existing areas required three coats to achieve an even, clean white finish.
We also completed the stairs refinishing as part of the same project, bringing the staircase and newly finished wainscoting together for a completely updated look.
Basement Renovation Painting in Maple, ON
This basement renovation in Maple involved a lot of detailed finish work, especially around the black crown moulding and recessed ceiling. The newly installed moulding needed additional repairs and preparation before it was ready for paint.
After completing the first round of repairs, we sprayed black primer to expose any remaining imperfections. We repeated the repair and primer process where needed before applying two finish coats. With a dark finish like this, even small imperfections can become noticeable once everything is painted.
The final challenge was cutting the lighter wall and ceiling colour cleanly against the black moulding. The sharp contrast required extra attention to keep the lines straight and the finished details crisp.
